Cross-selling to increase portfolio value **SALES EXECUTIVE AND ADVISOR – AMERICAN EXPRESS** **Location:** Centro Valle. **Position Description:** Join the American Express sales team. Your primary role is managing active accounts, performing cross-selling and optimizing financial products to increase the value of the current portfolio. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary: 9,270 pesos. * Average productivity bonus: 6,000 pesos per month. * Uncapped commissions based on sales performance. * Weekly payment schedule (every Thursday). * Statutory benefits from day one. * Additional benefits: Grocery vouchers, dental insurance, life insurance, and cafeteria service. **Schedules:** * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00 hours. * Training: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 14:00 hours (Payment of 8,300 pesos plus early commissions). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education with physical certificate mandatory. * Minimum 3 months of experience in sales or the financial sector. * Valid INE and RFC.
