




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional with expertise in hardware, software, networks, and educational platform administration for a full-time, on-site role. Knowledge of cybersecurity and databases **Position Profile** **Academic Qualifications:** ● Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. ● Technical English desirable. **Experience:** ● Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical support and equipment maintenance preferred. ● Minimum 1 year’s experience in network or platform administration preferred. ● Minimum 1 year’s experience in user support and educational support preferred. **Technical Skills:** ● Hardware and software installation and maintenance ● LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi network configuration ● Educational platform administration (Google Workspace, Moodle, Microsoft 365, etc.) ● Remote support tool usage ● Cybersecurity, data backups, and SQL database management ● Office productivity software and Windows / macOS operating systems ● Videoconferencing platform support (Zoom, Meet, Teams) **Work Conditions:** ● **Work Schedule:** Full-time. ● **Work Modality:** On-site. ● **Availability:** Required to attend audits, training sessions, institutional meetings, and external assignments. * Salary subject to experience Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,577.20 – $13,904.38 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
