Opportunity to apply knowledge of operating systems and networks. **Job Objective:** Provide efficient and timely technical support to end users, ensuring the proper operation of computer equipment, servers, software, peripherals, data networks, and video surveillance systems. **Education: TSU in Digital Network Infrastructure or related field** **FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Ticket Management: Receive, register, prioritize, and track support requests. · Technical Support: Resolve hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers) and software issues (Windows/macOS operating systems, office applications such as Office 365\). · Networks and Connectivity: Configure and provide basic network support, including VPN, routers, switches, and Wi\-Fi. · CCTV: Diagnose and resolve communication issues in video surveillance systems. · Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment according to the maintenance schedule. · Remote Support: Use remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) to resolve incidents. · Documentation: Create, diagnose, and update solutions in the knowledge base for resolving common issues. **Technical Knowledge:** Operating Systems: Windows 10/11 and macOS. Hardware: PC/Laptop and server diagnostics and repair. Networks: TCP/IP protocols, IP configurations, VPN, LAN, Switching.
