This position provides first-level support, ensuring operational continuity, order, and proper management of the company’s technological resources. It is an excellent opportunity to develop professionally within the IT area and advance into more specialized roles. **Responsibilities** * Technical support to end users (remote and on-site). * Handling incidents and requests via email and collaborative tools. * Migration of mailboxes between different providers. * Basic administration of **Microsoft Windows** operating systems. * User creation, deactivation, and modification. * Password resets and access assignment. * Installation, configuration, and updating of software (Office, antivirus, PDF, etc.). * Configuration of local and network printers. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Antivirus review and monitoring. * Preparation, resetting, and reassignment of equipment. * Ticket registration and tracking according to established processes. * Execution of activities defined in the support policy. * Maintaining updated inventory and technical documentation. **Requirements** * Completed degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related field. * Knowledge of: * Microsoft operating systems (Windows). * Mailbox migration (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or others). * Antivirus and basic security. * First-level technical support. * Experience in user support (preferred). * Profile: **organized**, responsible, and with strong time-management skills. * Ability to document processes and activities effectively. **Skills** * Customer service and attention. * Organization and follow-up. * Clear communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$17,000 MXN**. * **Hybrid** work modality. * Job stability. * **Internal growth and continuous training**. * Positive work environment. * Statutory benefits.
