Our Goals – Your Path **You will develop** technical and commercial opportunities in **specialized waterproofing** and **roofing technologies**, advising contractors, key accounts, and industrial/commercial projects. **You will drive** specification and correct application of systems (acrylics, prefabricated, polyurethanes, and preferably **Single Ply**), **close B2B sales**, and **consolidate long-term relationships** with the contractor ecosystem and decision-makers. Your Experience – Our Strengths * **Education:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering or related field (a technician with strong field background is desirable). * **Experience:** **3 years** in **roofing/waterproofing** or roof/facade coatings — ideally with **Single Ply** (TPO, PVC) and experience in **industrial/commercial roofs**. * **Desirable Knowledge:** + Substrate compatibility (metal sheet, concrete slab, panels, concrete), moisture, adhesion, and **surface preparation**. + Detailed design of critical details: penetrations, parapets, drains, joints, MEP equipment. + Handling of **technical data sheets, Safety Data Sheets, PEP/ITs**, and basic blueprint reading. + Regulatory framework for site safety and hygiene; best practices for application. * **Skills:** + **Customer orientation** and **results orientation**. + **Technical communication** (explaining benefits, limitations, and warranties). + **Consultative negotiation** and handling of objections. + **Commercial planning and discipline** (scheduling, routes, coverage). + **Excel analysis** (consumption, margins, pricing) and **PowerPoint presentations** (technical-commercial proposals). * **Mobility:** Valid driver’s license; availability to **travel** and work at heights (as applicable for inspections). * **English:** Intermediate (Desirable) Going Beyond.
