Develop local technical talent for mining operations through a structured hands-on field training experience, strengthening both technical competencies and behavioral skills, with the aim of building a sustainable talent pipeline for future operational roles. **Program Objective:** A 6-month Technical Training Program structured into three rotating modules: * Theoretical training * Supervised practicals * Real operational experience **Number of vacancies:** 4 **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare daily activity reports. * Learn to perform diagnostics, minor repairs, and minor assemblies on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems of assigned equipment. * Identify different types of maintenance. * Recognize systems and subsystems of drilling, hauling, loading, and unloading equipment for underground and surface mining. * Understand key maintenance indicators, including their calculation and interpretation. * Conduct daily inspections and prepare corresponding reports. * Identify the range of Epiroc equipment and their functionality. **Required Profile:** * Graduates in Engineering or technical programs in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Willingness to travel and work at mine sites. * Residence in Sonora, with availability to travel to Zacatecas. * Basic English proficiency. * Interest in operational positions.
