Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician with experience in maintaining luxury properties, performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities across various areas. Support to residents for various maintenance requests A prestigious luxury property management company is looking for an Electromechanical Technician with experience in hotels or high-rise buildings. **What do you need?** * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position as maintenance assistant or technician in hotels, buildings, or shopping centers. * Education: Electrical technician, electromechanical technician, or incomplete degree in electrical or electronic engineering. * Knowledge of maintenance for equipment and installations, painting, finishes, drywall, plumbing, and electromechanical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems. **Responsibilities:** * Perform various preventive and/or corrective maintenance activities on machinery, equipment, and installations. * Carry out painting, finishing, drywall, plumbing, and hydraulic works. * Maintain pumping equipment, air conditioning systems, electrical installations, control panels, and fire protection systems. * Follow up on resident requests, providing support for tasks such as furniture moving, picture hanging, etc. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $17,000 monthly gross. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9\-6, 10\-7, or 11\-8; Saturday or Sunday half-day. * Statutory benefits (100% contribution, social security, 12 vacation days, 15-day bonus, 25% vacation premium, Infonavit).
