Technical support and technological infrastructure administration **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** To plan, coordinate and supervise the optimal operation of the company’s computer systems, networks, equipment and technological platforms. Ensure information security, operational continuity and technical support for users, contributing to the business’s operational efficiency. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science or related field **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in technical support, networking, system maintenance, cybersecurity or technological infrastructure administration **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * LAN/WAN network administration * Maintenance of physical and virtual servers * Hardware and software installation and configuration * Backup and data recovery management * Cybersecurity and access control * Corporate email administration * End-user technical support (Levels 1 and 2) * ERP knowledge (desirable) **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving * Incident organization and control * Effective communication and user interaction * Proactivity and autonomy * Confidentiality and professional ethics * Working under pressure * Service orientation **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide technical support to company users (hardware and software) * Administer networks, servers, access permissions and equipment * Ensure information security and perform periodic backups * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment * Monitor and maintain the operation of enterprise systems * Train staff on the use of technological tools when required * Manage procurement of software licenses, technological equipment and related services * Generate periodic reports on incidents, maintenance activities and improvements Employment type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $13,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
