




Description and details of activities * Technical support: Provide assistance to users with hardware and software issues. * Assist in the installation, configuration, and updating of computer equipment, printers, machinery, and equipment maintenance. * Support in other activities within the department. * Respond to user service requests. * Timely follow-up and completion of assigned projects. Experience and requirements * Student pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering or related field. (Currently enrolled between the fifth and sixth semester) * Fluent English, spoken and written. * Knowledge of SAP system. * Knowledge of inventory management. * Knowledge of Acronics. * Active optional insurance. * Excellent attitude and teamwork skills. * Problem identification ability. * Proficiency in Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * Results-oriented.
