Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Assistant to provide technical support to users, configure hardware and software, and maintain inventories at corporate offices and branches. User incident resolution A leading company in the sale of tractor-trailers in the Bajío region, due to growth, is seeking a **Systems Assistant**. Education: Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Computer Systems, Informatics, Networking, or related field. Experience: 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk. Hardware and software installation and configuration. Basic networking (WiFi, switches, routers). Windows operating systems and Office 365. Basic knowledge of administrative systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, Nomipaq). Responsibilities: * Address user incidents at corporate offices and branches (in-person or remotely). * Resolve common hardware and software issues (printers, CFDI stamping, email, network connectivity, sales equipment). * Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and point-of-sale equipment in spare parts departments and workshops. * Maintain up-to-date physical inventory of computers, printers, licenses, cameras, monitors, mobile devices, and accessories. * Provide operational support during implementation of new systems, file digitization, or cloud migrations.
