Infrastructure, Support, and Communications Administrator Work Location: Benito Juárez, CDMX Work Modality: 100% on-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Direct hiring * Full statutory benefits * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Requirements: * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure administration, communications, and end-user technical support. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (technical reading and functional communication) * Reports to General Management Key Responsibilities: * Ensure the availability, security, and performance of the technological infrastructure. * Provide second-level technical support to end users, with emphasis on user experience. * Administer Windows, Linux, virtualization, and cloud platforms. * Handle incidents, changes, and preventive/corrective maintenance. * Coordinate with vendors and internal clients to ensure operational continuity. Required Technical Knowledge: * ASPEL software suite * Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2018 or later. * Office 365 and remote support tools. * VMware. * Oracle and SQL Server databases (operational level). * Linux: Red Hat and SUSE. * Active Directory. * Unified Communications (UC) and networks (LAN and WAN). * Cloud: AWS and Azure. * SAP Basis NetWeaver and EarlyWatch Alerts. * Maintenance of computer equipment and end-user support.
