You will be responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the technological infrastructure and participating in innovation projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Data Science, AI or related field * Experience in: * Network and system administration (Windows/Linux) * Databases and cloud services * Technical support and system monitoring * Virtualization knowledge * Technical English (desirable) **Responsibilities** * Administer servers, networks and internal systems * Install, configure and update hardware and software * Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues * Implement cybersecurity measures * Provide technical support to internal users * Manage access rights, permissions and accounts * Document technical processes * Participate in innovation and technological improvement projects * Develop and implement AI solutions * Manage administrative systems (Compaq) **Desired Knowledge** * Networks (TCP/IP, VPN, routing, switching) * Cloud (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) * Virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V) * Automation / scripting * Cybersecurity **Skills** * Problem solving * Analytical thinking * Teamwork * Effective communication * Proactivity **We Offer** * Salary: **$20,500 monthly gross** * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation) * Vacation bonus: 25% * Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) * Weekend rest * Growth opportunities * Collaborative work environment * Possibility of indefinite-term contract **Important** All selection processes are free of charge.
