If you have experience as a Senior Consultant (ITS HIGHWAY SUPERVISION), this vacancy may be for you. **Requirements:** --------------- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Civil Engineering, or related field, with 5–8 years of experience; preference given to candidates specializing in one or more of the following areas: toll road or highway operations, toll collection and electronic toll collection systems at toll plazas, ITS, electronic payment systems, etc. Fieldwork and remote work (home office) required. Professional license (cédula profesional) is mandatory, and candidate must reside in the vicinity of Tecamac, Ojo de Agua, Ecatepec, or Tulpetlac. Minimum Requirements: Proven 5–8 years of experience in consulting, supervision, and auditing of toll road operations (roadway asset management), including: Toll Collection Management Systems (cash and electronic toll collection), traffic volume and revenue analysis of roadway assets, ITS and communications systems, and operations conducted under performance standards and key performance indicators. * **Prepare and compile technical reports related to roadway asset operations.** * **Inspect the physical condition of roadway infrastructure (toll plazas, interchanges, and equipment).** * **Update the inventory of toll collection, ITS, and communications systems integrated into the roadway asset.** * **Willingness and ability to travel and perform fieldwork.** **SICT Highway Infrastructure Standards.** **Management of construction budgets (operations, ITS, and communications).** **Quality control and/or functional testing of equipment installed along the toll road.** **AutoCAD** **Driving standard vehicles with valid driver’s license.** **Why join Cal y Mayor’s team?** Our specialists participate in major projects delivering significant social benefits and economic development across various Latin American countries.
