By prioritizing employee growth and development, we enable each individual to reach their full potential on their own terms—because the best work happens when one is free to be themselves and share their unique experience. #### **Our Benefits** With employee well-being as our top priority, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, including the following: * Insurance *(Dental, medical, life, disability, and more)* * Competitive base salary * Employee Assistance Program ### **What Do You Need to Succeed in This Role?** * Provides support to Bombardier Mexico production units (Stress MRB). * Participates in design-phase work packages as a stress engineer. * Executes low-to-moderate complexity stress engineering assignments requiring knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines (manufacturing, materials, design, etc.). * Develops low-to-moderate complexity plans and recommends changes to plans and/or specifications to address specific issues. * Generates documentation for approval by higher-level professionals. * Learns and applies Bombardier Aerospace standards and practices while developing solutions using various techniques. * May be responsible for small work packages. * Resolves problems of limited complexity. * May provide guidance to new team members. * Contributes to and/or coordinates continuous improvement. ### **How to Thrive in This Position?** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited educational institution. * Mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering degree (completed or nearing graduation). * Required experience: 2–5 years in engineering roles focused on structural analysis. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge in: + Mechanical design, structural calculation, and mechanics of materials (required). + Vibration analysis of systems (desirable). + Analysis of Low Cycle Fatigue [LCF] and High Cycle Fatigue [HCF] (a plus). + Knowledge of aircraft component certification requirements (a plus). + Structural engineering standards and processes (desirable). + Design standards and interpretation of drawings (a plus). * Proficiency in: + Microsoft Office. + Finite Element Modeling software: NASTRAN/PATRAN, ANSYS APDL/Workbench, CATIA, or Hyperworks (a plus). + Visual Basic for Applications (a plus).
