Job Summary: We are seeking an SSPA Safety Supervisor to ensure the implementation and compliance of the Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection System on an energy sector construction project. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the implementation and compliance of SSPA guidelines in the field 2. Implement safety training programs 3. Manage safety equipment and PPE **SSPA Safety Supervisor** **Location:** Compression Station – CENAGAS Project **Department:** Oil & Gas Safety **Position Objective** Ensure the proper implementation, supervision, and compliance of the Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection (SSPA) System, guaranteeing safe working conditions and adherence to applicable regulations on the project. **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field; degree and professional license required * Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as Safety Supervisor on energy sector construction projects * **Mandatory:** * Possession of all **27 current SSPA Annex courses** * **Knowledge:** NOM-STPS standards, Industrial Safety Systems in Oil & Gas, Risk Analysis (AST, ATS, JSA) * Experience in projects with CENAGAS or the hydrocarbons sector * **Responsibilities** * Supervise SSPA guideline compliance in the field * Monitor safety indicators (accidents, incidents) * Implement training programs * Manage PPE and safety equipment * Evaluate contractors’ safety performance * Participate in audits and inspections * Prepare reports and documentation for the client * Address and follow up on identified incidents and risks **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers Interested candidates must apply through this channel with an updated CV ***"This company prohibits requesting medical certificates related to pregnancy status or Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) as a hiring criterion, and commits to not employing minors or charging fees or commissions for the recruitment process."*** Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in the oil & gas sector (compression stations, refineries, etc.)?
