Responsibilities Supervise daily spa operations and ensure excellence in service delivery. Manage and develop the operational team. Monitor financial indicators, inventory, procurement, and suppliers. Develop business strategies, promotions, and partnerships to increase sales. Ensure compliance with service protocols and policies. Resolve incidents and guarantee an exceptional customer experience. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Esthetics, Cosmetology, Tourism, or related field. 3–5 years of experience as a SPA or aesthetic clinic manager. Experience in supervision, sales, and performance indicator management. Leadership skills, clear communication, and results-oriented mindset. What We Offer **Base Salary:** $14,000 – $22,000 gross monthly. **Sales Commissions:** 5% to 12% (Estimated total monthly income between $33,000 and $76,000). Statutory benefits.
