We are looking for an **Infrastructure Administrator** to ensure the continuous, stable, and secure operation of the technology infrastructure supporting a Security Operations Center (SOC). This role is critical to ensuring 24x7 availability of servers, networks, monitoring platforms, and security systems. **Key Responsibilities:*** Administer Windows and Linux servers (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, WSUS). * Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper\-V, Proxmox). * Configure and maintain network infrastructure: switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation. * Administer SAN/NAS storage, backups, and disaster recovery plans. * Implement and operate monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, Prometheus/Grafana). * Ensure high availability and operational continuity of critical SOC systems. * Provide support and integration for security platforms (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR). * Document configurations, procedures, and infrastructure architecture. **Requirements:*** Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum experience: **5 years** in infrastructure and server administration. * Experience in: * Windows Server and Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian). * Virtualization and containers (VMware, Hyper\-V, Docker, Kubernetes). * Networking and telecommunications (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, BGP, OSPF). * Backup tools (Veeam, Commvault, Veritas). * SOC security platforms (Splunk, QRadar, ELK, Security Onion, Suricata, Snort). * English: Intermediate level. * Desired certifications: CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Security\+, ITIL. **Skills:*** Problem solving. * Analytical thinking. * Teamwork. * Stress management. * Effective documentation and communication. **We Offer:*** **Payment:** Biweekly. * **Work Location:** Juriquilla, Querétaro; 100% on\-site. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits from day one. *To enable more effective algorithm\-based filtering of the process, it is essential that candidates have their profile fully registered and updated on the platform where they are applying for this vacancy.
