Job Title: **Service Engineer Type “A”** Job Objective: **Provide technical assistance and maintenance for medical and computer equipment owned by the company.** Required Education: **Bachelor’s Degree or Intern** Required Profession: **Electronic Instrumentation Engineering / Biomedical Engineering / Computer Systems Engineering or Technologies / Mechanical Engineering** Age: **+22** Suggested Experience: **+3 years** Suggested Experience: **Maintenance or Computer Programming preferred: Electronics** Computer Skills: **Office Suite** Required Skills: **Proficiency in Electronic Tools; Preferred: Computer Programming Software and/or RIS/PACS Databases** Work Location: **Isla, Ver** Working Days: **Monday to Saturday** Days Off: **Sunday** Willingness to Travel: **Yes** Relocation: **Preferred** Shift: **Day Shift** Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM** **Main Responsibilities** * Install and commission medical and computer equipment, including Brains-owned computer systems, at locations designated under Brains’ customer service contracts. * Provide first-level corrective and preventive maintenance for Brains-owned medical and computer equipment, as required, at customer facilities, applying best practices within the scope of their expertise. * Deliver training and technical and operational support to Brains’ customers regarding proper use and handling of medical and computer equipment, per manufacturer specifications. * Install, configure, train users on, and maintain computer systems and applications contracted by Brains’ customers, within the scope of their expertise. * Monitor and report on the integrity and/or functionality of medical and computer equipment at work centers designated by Brains within their assigned zone or region. * Perform routine inspection, operation, and maintenance procedures for medical equipment, computer equipment, and software applications within their area of expertise. * Attend the worksite and/or healthcare facility in the city where Brains maintains a commercial relationship with the customer to carry out competent technical activities. * Diagnose, request, track, install, and monitor spare parts, accessories, or software updates resulting from corrective maintenance activities. * Prepare service orders, consumption reports, logs, procedure sheets, reports, or any other administrative or technical documentation related to performed work, to provide evidence of productivity and billing. * Collect, transport, install, manage, and assign accessories, consumables, spare parts, or administrative documentation assigned to them. * Compile, review, and submit all documentation required for monthly billing of Brains’ customers to the relevant authorities. * Apply all professional knowledge and best practices within their field of expertise. * Safeguard assigned tools or financial resources with strict responsibility and care while performing job functions. * Support warehouse inventory processes to identify medical equipment, computer equipment, tools, components, accessories, and spare parts. * Actively support and participate in public tenders in which the company participates, contributing the technical and professional knowledge requested, and preparing and referencing necessary technical and administrative documents. * Apply and monitor national and international regulations applicable to the use and handling of medical equipment, computer equipment, and software under their responsibility. * Support the management and delivery of information, reports, or documentation requested by colleagues from Brains’ Administration, Commercial, Legal, and Operations departments. *At Brains Global Health Tech, we are committed to labor equality and non-discrimination, in accordance with ***NOM-025-STPS-2015***.
