Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA and CQI 23 certifications Knowledge of 8D methodology, Core Tools, root cause analysis, 5 Whys Experience managing customer portals Experience as lead auditor and shop floor control Responsibilities: Create and submit Supplier Change Request (SCR) packages and notifications, following standards, procedures and best practices. Ensure correct execution of customer requirements Assist in managing and monitoring project status and communication to ensure timely project completion. Create and submit PPAP packages, as well as material compliance documentation, following standards and procedures Review information to ensure all PPAP specifications are met. Provide customer service and support to fulfill requirements, resolve issues, and follow up to obtain all product approvals Submit customer data to the International Material Data System (IMDS). Complete tasks and projects supporting departmental objectives, goals and metrics. Coordinate and present other quality documentation as required. Identify new approaches to work more effectively and efficiently. Conduct quality system audits as required.
