The Analytics team is young and expanding, and many foundations of revenue analytics are still being defined. We seek a person comfortable working with ambiguity, iterating rapidly, and prioritizing impact. If you’re accustomed to highly defined structures, closed processes, or extensive documentation cycles before execution, this role is likely not the right fit. You will work closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, transforming complex data into actionable insights used immediately for decision-making. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Quickly answer business questions using SQL, Excel, Looker, and DBT to build actionable analyses and dashboards. * Explore data that is not always perfectly structured and turn it into useful business information. * Define metrics, assumptions, and revenue analytics models in a developing environment. * Collaborate directly with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to understand real problems and propose practical solutions. * Integrate data from multiple internal systems and external tools such as HubSpot, Jira, and Xero. * Respond to ad hoc business requests with a focus on speed, clarity, and usefulness. * Continuously iterate on models and reports, adjusting them as business needs evolve. **Who we’re looking for** * Prior experience at **startups, scaleups, fintechs, or fast-growing technology companies**. * Comfort working in environments with **low initial structure and high autonomy**. * Experience using data to make decisions without waiting for everything to be “perfect”. * Ability to prioritize impact over extensive documentation or rigid processes. * Experience with Looker, LookML, DBT, and advanced SQL. * Experience in revenue analytics, forecasting, or growth analysis. * More than 4 years in data analysis roles at modern technology or financial services companies. * Practical, action-oriented, problem-solving mindset. **This role is NOT for you if…** * You prefer highly structured environments with processes defined in detail from the outset. * You require exhaustive documentation before beginning execution. * You feel uncomfortable with shifting priorities or rapid decision-making. * You seek a role with limited scope or highly specific, repetitive tasks. **Why this role may be attractive to you** * You’ll have direct influence on how revenue analytics is defined and applied. * You’ll work in a small team with high visibility and close proximity to decision-makers. * You’ll see the impact of your work immediately. * You’ll actively participate in building analytical foundations—not just maintaining them.
