Management of relationships with notaries and response to authorities' requests. **HRI Group is seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Due to growth, a prominent company is looking for your talent as a **Senior Corporate Lawyer!** **We offer**: * Salary of $15,000 to $20,000 net (based on experience) * Statutory benefits (hybrid scheme) * Enhanced benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Work location: Miguel Hidalgo **Requirements:** * Law degree holder with professional license, specialized in Corporate Law * 2–3 years of experience in similar positions * Experience working in notary offices and/or consulting firms * Strong oral and written communication skills * Experience in notary offices and/or consulting firms **Required Knowledge:** * Articles of Incorporation * Notarial Certification * Shareholders’ Meeting Minutes * Board of Directors’ Minutes * Special Minutes * Interaction with Notaries * Corporate Instruction Letter * Contracts and Agreements with Clients and Suppliers * Trademark Management **Responsibilities:** * Drafting, writing, and reviewing contracts. * Providing legal advisory services to clients * Preparing and reviewing shareholders’ meetings, board of directors’ sessions, and communications and control committee sessions. * Domain registration * Responding to requests from administrative and/or judicial authorities. * Liaising and coordinating with notaries and law firms.
