




Job Summary: This role is responsible for implementing, configuring, and executing changes in technological processes and projects to ensure the proper functioning of PiSA Group's IT system. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the solution and maintenance of existing software and systems 2. Organize and execute productivity improvement projects 3. Administer CRM systems such as Salesforce and SAP C4C OBJECTIVE: Implement, configure, and execute changes in assigned technological processes and projects within the area to ensure proper functioning of the Information Technology Directorate’s functional system at PiSA Group. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the solution, provide maintenance, and address issues and changes in existing software and systems to enable continuous improvement. * Manage the development of tests to identify errors or improvements in CRM systems administered by the area. * Organize and execute activities for productivity improvement projects related to group processes assigned by the area. EXPERIENCE: * Designing and interpreting customer workflows and procedures, and CRM system workflows administered by the area. (1 year) * Implementation of processes. (1 year) * Data cleansing. (1 year) * Documentation of changes and processes * Unit testing * User acceptance testing * Functional testing KNOWLEDGE: * Interpreting customer requirements and process mapping * Knowledge as an administrator of CRM systems such as Salesforce and SAP C4C (Google Dialogflow and Genesys are desirable) * Intermediate-to-advanced Office suite proficiency (Excel, databases).
