




Position Summary: We are seeking an autonomous and strategic professional to coordinate commercial operations, manage customers and suppliers, and optimize project closure within an international industrial machinery company. We work with industrial clients in Mexico and suppliers abroad, actively participating in sector exhibitions and productive investment projects. We are a small, agile, and strategic organization where each position has a direct impact on business results. **Position Objective** Ensure order, follow-up, and operational efficiency within the commercial area by coordinating prospects, customers, and international suppliers to optimize response times and strengthen project closure. This is a key position requiring autonomy, judgment, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple processes. **What We Offer:** Base salary of $20,000 to $22,000 free of deductions + performance-based financial growth Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Statutory benefits **Ideal Profile** Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative/commercial roles (preferably in SMEs or small organizations). Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. High organizational, follow-up, and execution capabilities. Excellent telephone and in-person communication skills. Intermediate English (mandatory for communication with international suppliers). Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Outlook, and Office 365. **Main Responsibilities** Daily follow-up of prospects and customers (email, calls, and CRM). Preparation, sending, and tracking of commercial quotations. Administration and updating of Zoho CRM. Coordination of the commercial calendar and timely follow-up of commitments. Ongoing communication with international suppliers. Tracking supplier quotations, confirmations, and technical documentation. Internal coordination with the technical department for project feasibility. Support in operational logistics for industrial exhibitions. Administrative and commercial document control.
