Continuous training for professional development. **MISSION:** Support the commercial team by attending to customers, tracking sales opportunities, and providing technical-commercial assistance—ensuring a professional, timely experience aligned with the company’s networking, security, and connectivity solutions. This role is critical to driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring technical proposals aligned with market needs. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Respond to customer calls, emails, and requests. * Follow up on sales opportunities, quotations, and orders. * Maintain ongoing communication with customers to clarify technical and commercial questions. * Assist in **quotation and basic configuration** of networking and security solutions. * Use **Cisco and Fortinet** portals and tools for inquiries, quotations, and commercial support. * Validate product compatibility according to customer requirements. * Record customer and opportunity information in internal systems. * Track purchase orders and invoicing. * Support commercial reporting, KPIs, and sales tracking. **PROFILE** * Education: Technical degree, incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Networking, or related field. * Minimum **1–2 years** of experience in sales, commercial support, or customer service. * Experience in technology, networking, or cybersecurity companies is desirable. **TOOLS:** * **Cisco and Fortinet** portals. * CRM or commercial tracking systems. * Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Email and communication platforms. **SKILLS:** * Customer service orientation and results-driven mindset. * Organization and timely follow-up. * Clear and professional communication. * Basic technical analysis capability. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and commercial focus. **REQUIREMENTS** * Demonstrable experience in customer service and sales follow-up. * Knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet solutions. * Current or prior certifications from Cisco, Fortinet, or other technology vendors (desirable). * Ability to learn new technological solutions. * Proficiency with digital tools and sales systems. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Continuous training.
