Development of skills in creative problem-solving and teamwork A leading company in loyalty programs, expanding its operations, is looking for: **Reservation Specialist – Hybrid Work Model** **Job Role:** Customer service, quotations, ticket issuance, incident tracking, and comprehensive reservation support within the 2x1 loyalty program. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in similar roles (reservations, airlines, travel agencies, hotels, banking, or airports). For recent graduates: professional internships or social service experience in hospitality, airlines, or travel agencies is acceptable. Preferred backgrounds: Tourism, travel agencies, hospitality, airports. **Education:** Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Tourism Business Administration, or related field. **Other Required Knowledge for the Position:** * Global Distribution System (GDS) proficiency – preferred * Excel and Word: basic–intermediate * Outlook proficiency * Basic–intermediate English **Required Competencies:** * Organization and follow-up * Service orientation * Results orientation * Teamwork * Creative and innovative problem-solving * Active listening, adaptability, and flexibility **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand and master the 2x1 program, its usage rules, terms and conditions, registration systems, and operational mechanics. * Register and track incidents on the ERP platform. * Use the consolidator’s or travel system’s corresponding platforms. * Follow up on quotations, confirmations, ticket issuances, and travel modifications. * Manage and resolve incidents with internal departments while keeping customers informed about status updates. * Comply with departmental management, security, and control processes and policies. **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday:** 10:00–19:00 hrs. Saturdays: alternate Saturdays (full-day shift). In-person training: 1.5 months. Post-training: hybrid model, 1 day per week in the office (variable day).
