Manages inventories and controls material inflows and outflows. Coordinates unit reception and delivery with customers, supervises documentation for technicians, and follows up on customer satisfaction surveys (SSI). Maintains organized and up-to-date maintenance files and service histories for units under warranty, ensuring operational efficiency and service quality. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. Graduated / Intern * **Experience:** 0–1 year in the automotive industry (preferred). * **Language:** Basic–Intermediate English **Responsibilities:** * Manage inventories using Volvo systems and processes (LPA), ensuring accurate control of material inflows and outflows. * Administer and update work orders, tracking both open and closed orders, and recording mileage and activities performed. * Ensure correct opening and closing of service orders, keeping administrative systems (LDS, PROMPT, ASIST) updated. * Coordinate unit reception and delivery with customers, guaranteeing efficient service. * Supervise technician documentation, ensuring availability of printed orders, checklists, and required materials. * Manage customer satisfaction surveys (SSI) and follow up on monthly target achievement. * Organize and manage maintenance files, maintaining updated service histories for units under warranty. * Support implementation of the 5S methodology (Housekeeping).
