We are currently seeking a Recruitment Intern for our Monterrey office. Responsibilities: * Assist in posting job openings across various platforms (OCC, Indeed, social media, internal job boards, etc.). * Monitor and respond to candidate messages on social media and job platforms. * Perform initial basic CV screening according to guidelines defined by the recruitment team. * Assist in confirming interviews (via messages, emails, or phone calls). * Provide candidates with basic information regarding location, schedules, requirements, etc. * Update the candidate database (status, contact details, recruitment source). * Enter candidate information into internal systems or tracking spreadsheets. * Assist in the digital organization of candidate documents. * Maintain basic reporting records (daily interviewees, no-shows, sources, etc.). * Send follow-up messages to candidates after interviews. * Assist in sending instructions for the hiring process. * Help maintain clear and timely communication with candidates.
