Social skills and initiative A business group comprising 9 companies operating in transportation, logistics, and commerce—with a presence in the USA—is seeking an organized, responsible candidate with interpersonal skills and experience in recruitment for positions. **Responsibilities:** * Sourcing and posting job profiles on recruitment platforms (Indeed, OCC, and LinkedIn) * Interviewing and screening candidates * Administering and reviewing psychometric assessments * Negotiating salary and employment offers * Meeting assigned hiring timelines for KPIs * Analyzing candidate profiles for job positions * Conducting corporate onboarding * Creating and maintaining personnel files * Issuing employee ID badges * Setting up corporate email signatures * Requesting uniforms for new hires * Ensuring staffing compliance * Attending management meetings for vacancy requests * Conducting performance evaluations during probationary periods * Participating in job fairs Requirements: * Social skills * Initiative * Proactivity * Minimum 6 months of experience * Proficiency with recruitment platforms (Indeed, OCC, LinkedIn, etc.) * Intermediate English (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 * Proficiency in Excel * Knowledge of personnel management * Valid driver’s license Benefits: * Statutory benefits * IMSS registration * Weekly payroll deposit to Banorte account * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, 1-hour lunch break * Growth opportunity * Free uniforms * On-site parking Position Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00–$15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
