What will you do? * Recruit and select personnel for different company departments. * Source talent in the field (flyer distribution, job board postings, career fairs, etc.). * Post job openings on job boards and social media. * Support the hiring process and personnel file preparation. * Apply creative strategies for effective recruitment. Requirements * Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree. * At least 1 year of experience recruiting for operational positions. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
