Excellent work environment and job stability **About the Company:** We are an established company in Monterrey, Nuevo León, engaged in the importation and distribution of decorative interior fabrics, including curtain fabrics, upholstery fabrics, duvet covers, table linens, high-performance curtain rods, decorative curtain rods, and trimmings. **Job Requirements:** Age: 25 to 40 years old Excellent customer service and service-oriented attitude Professional appearance Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer proficiency (email, Word, Excel) Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to multitask Job responsibility **Responsibilities:** Managing petty cash Greeting customers at reception and/or directing them to sales representatives Answering incoming calls and transferring them to sales representatives Delivering orders Registering new customers and maintaining registration records Quoting USD exchange rates Storing and delivering books and hangers Recording inventory shortages Processing foreign order cuts Assisting with other tasks such as reconciling shortages in boxes or cutting fabrics for cushions or customer samples Requesting invoices for miscellaneous expenses Verifying that quotations are converted into orders Maintaining and/or ensuring the showroom remains orderly **We Offer:** Statutory benefits Excellent work environment Job stability Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:15 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
