




Job Summary: Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the Process Control Plan in manufacturing and support areas, developing continuous improvement procedures based on data analysis. Resolve quality issues using advanced analytical tools. **Job Objective:** ------------------------ Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the Process Control Plan across all manufacturing areas—including management—as well as support and auxiliary functions, while simultaneously developing and implementing procedures oriented toward continuous improvement. Base decisions on data analysis to correct, improve, prevent, and predict, appropriately applying methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Cause-and-Effect Diagrams, DOEs, etc. **Job Responsibilities:** --------------------------- * Support Quality Engineers with control plans (Pre-launch / Production). * Support the effective implementation of customer-required engineering changes, as well as the introduction of new products. * Implement and measure process/product performance (SPC / Cpk / Ppk). * Analyze and resolve quality issues and product defects using root-cause analysis tools to implement effective solutions and prevent recurrence. * Manage documentation, including quality records—e.g., inspection reports and nonconformance documentation—to ensure they remain current and accessible for review. * Track PPAPs with Quality Engineers. * Implement continuous improvement by participating in initiatives aimed at increasing production efficiency and quality, collecting and analyzing data to identify opportunities. * Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about international industry quality regulations and standards, ensuring applicable regulatory requirements are met. * Ensure compliance with specific customer requirements. * Provide general support to the Integrated Management System. * Conduct internal audit activities. * Support the implementation of Layered Process Audits (LPAs). * Prepare weekly and monthly QA reports. * Generate CTQs or Quality Alerts. * Coordinate internal and external sorting activities. * Prepare and track purchase orders according to budget. * Prepare CAPEX requests and track their execution. * Support auditor training related to documentation and criteria. * Conduct VBS (Visual Board Standards) audits in manufacturing areas. * Responsible for complying with ethics codes. * Participate in hazard identification and risk assessment sessions (if convened). * Comply with safety rules and obey organizational safety signage. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) according to designated organizational areas. * Attend occupational safety and health training sessions. * Perform tasks respecting established operational controls for occupational safety and health applicable to the position. * Be accountable for occupational safety and health performance within the assigned process. **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality and/or Engineering. * Experience in the Automotive Industry and in quality controls. * Experience as an Internal Auditor. * Problem-Solving Techniques (8D), Basic Metrology, SPC, Blueprint Reading. * Project Management. * Internal and External Quality Audits. * Knowledge of ISO 14001 / 45001 / TS 16949. * Quality Tools: Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as Ishikawa Diagram, 5 Whys, PFMEA, Control Plan, and SPC. * Technical Metrology knowledge to ensure accurate measurements and quality control. * Statistics: Understanding of statistical concepts and their application in quality management and data analysis. * Applicable environmental and safety regulations in the industry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems. * Intermediate English
