Their primary responsibilities include validating material within specification and tracking non-conforming material in the MRB area and production areas. They also review and validate reports from CMM and MetLab to ensure compliance with standards. This role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams such as Production, Manufacturing, Design, and Supply Chain. Additionally, they provide administrative support to quality processes and contribute to maintaining process stability according to their KOPs and KPIs. **Responsibilities:** * Validate material to ensure compliance with specifications, including reviewing CMM and MetLab reports and confirming process capability studies (CPKs). * Manage and track non-conforming material (MRB), ensuring proper documentation, analysis, and disposition. * Conduct and validate root cause analysis using structured methodologies, ensuring implementation of effective corrective actions. * Monitor the VSC dashboard, complete SPQVC dashboards, and support tracking of area STFs to maintain process stability. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as Production, Manufacturing, Design, and Supply Chain for problem resolution and continuous improvement. **Required Education:** * **Completed general or technical high school.** **Required Skills:** **Problem Solving** The candidate will demonstrate proficiency by: * Describing real examples where they identified root causes using tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, or 8D. * Explaining how they prioritized critical problems based on impact, risk, or frequency. * Providing evidence of implementing sustainable corrective actions and verifying their effectiveness. * Presenting cases where recurrence of failures was prevented through new controls or process improvements. * Analyzing data logically and systematically to support conclusions. **Quality Management System (QMS).** The candidate will demonstrate proficiency when: * Explaining their experience working within an ISO 9001- and CQMS-based system. * Demonstrating solid document management: procedures, work instructions, forms, records, and change control. * Providing evidence of participation in internal or external audits. * Demonstrating knowledge in managing Non-Conformances, deviations, and containment. * Sharing examples of how they ensured compliance with quality standards in processes or products. **Effective Communication** The candidate will demonstrate proficiency when: * Communicating quality findings clearly, structurally, and objectively, either verbally or in writing. * Explaining how they coordinated actions with departments such as Production, Engineering, or Safety to resolve problems. * Presenting technical reports, meeting minutes, or reports they authored themselves. * Demonstrating ability to adapt communication style to the audience: operators, supervisors, engineers, or management. * Demonstrating active listening and ability to answer questions accurately without causing confusion. **Additional Information:** * This position is located in Ciénega de Flores. * Working hours: Monday to Friday. * Relocation is not offered. **Final Details:** Please regularly check the email associated with your application, including your spam/junk folder, as this is our primary method of correspondence.
