Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with procedures At LOGAM, we are seeking a committed and proactive Quality Supervisor with experience in logistics environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Warehouse / logistics management systems: ERP, SAP, WMS; use of handheld devices / scanners to verify locations / inventories. * Use of quality tools: sampling, defect identification, visual inspections, basic measurements. * Inspection of incoming goods: verify items arrive in good condition, undamaged, with proper packaging, free from moisture, mold, etc. * Verification of product specifications: labeling, expiration date, batch number, instructions, customer standards. * Segregation of defective / non-conforming products; incident reporting. * Storage control: environmental conditions, cleanliness, organization, good practices. * Verify compliance with processes for **receiving, storage, picking, labeling, and shipping**. * Conduct internal floor audits to ensure adherence to operational procedures and quality regulations. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in related fields (Food, Quality, Logistics or similar). * Minimum experience in relevant positions. * Solid knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, GMP, etc.). * Proficiency in statistical tools and data analysis.
