Valued experience in the automotive industry A major automotive dealership is seeking: **QUALITY LEADER** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct follow-up audits, special activities, and certification audits; track consultancy visits * Communicate operational processes and standards to all staff and conduct internal audits * Design, implement, and monitor action plans and continuous improvement plans according to established standards * Monitor customer complaint records * Implement and supervise the 5S methodology * Support resolution of governmental, internal, or auditable processes * Other duties as assigned **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in quality or process roles, preferably within the automotive industry * Knowledge of team leadership, quality management systems, continuous improvement, documentation, and process development and design, etc. * Responsible and highly motivated **We Offer:** * Base salary + attractive monthly commissions based on KPI achievement * Professional growth Apply now and join Mexico’s leading automotive group!
