Support in corrective and preventive actions **Job Objective:** Ensure that products, materials, and processes comply with the quality requirements established by the Quality Management System, through proper inspection, documentation, and result follow-up, contributing to continuous improvement of the department and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities (Quality Department): · Conduct quality inspections on **raw materials, internal processes (contract manufacturing), and finished products**. · Document findings, photographic evidence, and inspection results in established formats (FR\-QA). · Record and communicate detected **nonconformities** promptly and accurately. · Participate in the **release of finished products** prior to delivery or shipment. · Support the **implementation of corrective and preventive actions**. · Support execution of internal audits and annual quality plan activities. **Technical Competencies** · Knowledge of furniture manufacturing and finishing processes* · Basic knowledge of **ISO 9001:2015** and quality control systems. · Ability to interpret drawings, tolerances, and visual specifications. · Proficiency in using measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, square, vernier). · Familiarity with inspection forms and record control procedures. **Soft Skills** · Effective communication. · Teamwork. · Planning, organization, and follow-up. · Responsibility and sense of urgency. Job Requirements · **Education:** Technician or professional degree in industrial processes, manufacturing, or related field. · **Experience:** 1–2 years in quality control or production (or internship experience). · **Skills:** Analytical ability, drawing interpretation, proficiency in using measuring instruments, commitment. Preference for candidates possessing a vehicle or motorcycle, or holding a valid driver’s license.
