SAI System Management and Administration **General Description:** * Personnel administration and management. * Application of Quality tools for decision-making and process control. * Establishment of work methods according to standards. * Application of PDCA methodologies for problem-solving. * Willingness to rotate shifts and adapt to changes in work schedules. **Education/Certifications:** Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields. **Experience** Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry or Quality management. **Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** * Language: Intermediate English, spoken and written – TOEIC 500 points Willingness to work flexible hours. * Competencies: + Problem-solving skills. + Strong sense of urgency. + Teamwork orientation. + Proactive attitude. + Availability. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
