Promotion of continuous improvement **Quality Assurance** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Administration, or related field. **Experience:** 3 years of experience ensuring operational excellence through maintenance, improvement, and compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), leading the transition to or maintenance of **ISO 9001** certification. **Key Requirements** **1. Technical Competencies (Hard Skills)** * **ISO 9001 Proficiency:** In-depth interpretation of standard requirements. * **Process Management:** Process mapping, flowcharts, and document control. * **Risk Management:** Application of methodologies such as **FMEA** or similar. * **Quality Tools:** Proficiency in 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto, and corrective actions (CAPA). * **Auditing:** Planning and conducting internal audits, and supporting certification audits. **2. Key Responsibilities** * **Implementation:** Designing and updating QMS documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions). * **Monitoring:** Defining and tracking quality **KPIs** and organizational objectives. * **Quality Culture:** Training staff on standards and promoting continuous improvement. * **Nonconformance Management:** Investigating root causes and ensuring effective closure of findings. * **Suppliers:** Evaluating and auditing the quality performance of critical suppliers. **3.
