Professional development in project management **Position Objective:** Execute, monitor, and document assigned projects with financial impact classified as Type C (under the PMO), and support Type B projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality, and defined guidelines, thereby contributing to standardization and operational discipline within the Project Office. **Categories of Projects Handled** * Operational and continuous improvement projects * Minor construction works and basic facility modifications * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Basic IT projects (infrastructure, support, standard deployments) * Low-impact corporate projects * Support for Type B Projects o Monitoring of specific activities o Document and schedule control o Operational coordination under supervision **Key Responsibilities:** a) Execute Type C projects per plans defined by the PMO. b) Monitor schedules, activities, and deliverables. c) Support development and updating of project plans. d) Coordinate operational activities with internal departments and vendors. e) Document progress, agreements, and project evidence. f) Support budget control and expense validation. g) Identify operational risks and promptly report them to the Intermediate Project Manager. h) Prepare status and progress reports. i) Comply with methodologies, guidelines, and templates defined by the PMO. j) Coordinate internal multidisciplinary teams k) Identify deviations and escalate them promptly per the PMO governance model. l) Identify risks, escalate them, and ensure mitigation plans **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree or final semester in Engineering, Architecture, Administration, Systems, or related field. * Foundational training in project management (mandatory), via course, diploma, certification, or formal training based on recognized methodologies (PMI, PMBOK, Scrum, Agile, or equivalents). **Required Experience:** * 2–3 years of experience in project-related activities. * Desirable experience in one or more of the following areas: o Minor construction or maintenance o Operational projects o Basic IT projects o Administrative or technical coordination **Technical Knowledge:** * Fundamental concepts of project management. * Schedule and activity tracking. * Document control. * Basic knowledge of construction, maintenance, or IT is desirable. * Use of management tools (Excel, MS Project, Dashboards, SharePoint, or similar). **Competencies:** Key Competencies * Organization and monitoring * Clear communication * Attention to detail * Operational discipline * Compliance with instructions * Results orientation * Timely follow-up * Learning ability * Ability to escalate decisions appropriately * Teamwork : o Active collaboration with Project Managers and operational departments. o Willingness to support and execute assigned tasks. * Pressure management o Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. o Meeting committed deadlines without compromising control or quality under supervision * Learning attitude o Openness to learning PMO methodologies and tools. o Interest in professional development in project management. * Responsibility and professional ethics * High sense of responsibility for assigned projects. * Respect for PMO guidelines, processes, and governance model. * Responsible handling of project information.
