We are looking to hire: "PROJECT MANAGER (Construction)" How would you contribute to our growth? * Prioritization and balancing of projects and budgets * Development of control and operational tools * Implementation of preventive and corrective action plans * Measurement and monitoring of team performance metrics, goals, and KPIs under your coordination * Ensuring on-time project and budget delivery by establishing tracking schedules and key deliverable milestones * Ensuring the quality of project and budget deliverables, providing oversight from initial development through adjustments to final delivery * Addressing requirements for ongoing construction projects by assigning team members for rapid response * Handling internal quotation requests by allocating workload * Proposing value engineering solutions based on your construction experience Required Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (completed) * Minimum 5 years of construction experience * Experience in building construction * Experience in finishes * Knowledge of construction processes * Knowledge of general building construction processes * Control of workforce, productivity, and associated cost management * Experience in planning * Review of comparative tables and analysis during tenders * Personal vehicle\* Desirable Skills: * Experience with special systems installations: Fire Protection Systems (PCI), HVAC * Experience in urban development * Knowledge of Lean Construction * Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, Procore (desirable), BIM, and NAVISworks (desirable) Benefits: * Salary Range: $30,000 to $35,000 * *Statutory Benefits* * IMSS coverage from day one * 12 vacation days, increasing annually per statutory requirements * Vacation bonus: 25% * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo): 15 days * Job location: San Pedro Garza Garcia Opportunities for growth and professional development Position Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
