Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and administer IT projects, coordinate personnel, and ensure cost and deliverable tracking and control, with a focus on continuous improvement and branch support. Key Highlights: 1. Manages IT projects from initiation to completion and coordinates field teams. 2. Monitors budgets and resources, and controls project costs and deliverables. 3. Identifies and manages risks in programming projects and continuous improvement initiatives. * Required Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in fields such as Systems, Programming, or related disciplines. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Personal vehicle preferred. Experience * Minimum two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail sector. * Experience managing projects and driving continuous improvement in the programming area. * Knowledge of: C#, Visual Basic, .NET, Java, Script * Databases: SQL Server, MySQL * Operating systems: Windows and Windows Server. Job Responsibilities: * Management and administration of projects for implementation and closure. * Coordination and supervision of field personnel activities. * Monitoring and management of assigned budgets and required resources for project completion (suppliers, contractors, payroll, and materials). * Tracking and controlling project costs and deliverables, documenting and reporting progress. * Identification and management of project-related risks to minimize potential impacts. * Branch support as required. * Attendance at meetings and submission of reports as directed by management.
