A leading manufacturer of Polyurethane Foam is seeking: **"PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR"** **Job Objective** Ensure effective production control by optimizing processes, guaranteeing product quality, compliance with safety standards, and proper resource management, in order to ensure timely deliveries to our customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** · **Education:** Industrial Engineering or related field · **Experience:** Minimum 3 years as Production Supervisor **Knowledge:** * Manufacturing processes * Quality management * Personnel management · **Software:** JDE and ÁBACO (preferred) **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Supervise and coordinate daily production operations · Verify that areas have the necessary materials, machinery, and personnel to operate · Analyze and monitor the production plan together with the Production Manager · Ensure on-time and in-full delivery while maintaining product quality · Supervise proper machinery operation and workflow · Manage operational staff and coordinate strategies with other departments · Control inventories of raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods, and scrap · Prepare and analyze daily operational reports (SCRAP, delivered vs. requested orders) · Coordinate with departments such as Planning, Procurement, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and HR · Audit physical inventories against system records and ensure accurate month-end closings **WE OFFER:** Competitive base salary, statutory benefits, and additional benefits (Grocery vouchers, savings fund, subsidized cafeteria, birthday leave).
