Job Objective Lead and control production process activities, as well as the availability and utilization of resources required to meet established production schedules. Main Responsibilities Coordinate supervisors to achieve production targets. * Ensure necessary tools are available to meet targets. * Make decisions to improve product quality or implement alternative solutions to problems. * Manage resources such as labor, machinery, and equipment. * Ensure monthly and fiscal order closures. * Monitor and control inventory. * Develop action plans to achieve objectives. * Operate SAP ECC and SAP ME systems for production control. * Manage, monitor, and comply with Production KPIs. * Control reports generated in the Production department. * Train new employees. * Provide constructive feedback and hold one-on-one meetings with staff. * Ensure achievement of objectives. * Listen to staff needs to support objective achievement.
