Estimated Monthly Salary: $11,100 – $12,000 MXN gross. Timely Weekly Payment: $2,590.95 net (already includes food vouchers). Food Vouchers: Additional $288.40 per week on top of cash payment. Savings Fund: 7%. Vacation Bonus: 35% (above legal requirement).
