Opportunity for recent graduates with relevant education We are a 100% Mexican food company seeking a **Production Coordinator**, responsible for supervising, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with the production program, guaranteeing quality, productivity, and adherence to established procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise production processes and multifunctional staff. * Monitor goals, KPIs, yields, and losses. * Verify operating conditions, control forms, and documentation. * Coordinate product delivery to the warehouse and raw material requisitions. * Implement and monitor HACCP, GMP, PRPs, CCPs, and food safety standards. * Train staff and report activities to management. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, or related field. * No experience required for recent graduates; candidates with incomplete degrees must have experience in the food industry. * Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, food safety, and production processes. * Availability to rotate shifts every two weeks. **Rotating Shifts:** 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00–14:30; Sunday, 8:00–16:30; Saturday off 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 14:00–22:00; Friday, 9:30–17:30; Sunday, 13:30–21:30; Saturday off 3rd shift: Saturday–Thursday, 22:00–05:30; Friday off **Training:** The first week includes training from Sunday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. **Key Competencies:** Leadership, organization, planning, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
