Continuous improvement and report preparation PROFILE: Technician in Quality and Productivity – Intern or Incomplete Engineer Ability to analyze and optimize quality management processes in manufacturing companies to achieve organizational satisfaction, based on analysis of key quality, productivity, and risk factors, adhering to current national and international standards I. Supervise daily activities of assigned personnel (No Nepotism) II. Ensure compliance with the established production schedule III. Verify correct use of machinery, tools, and materials IV. Guarantee compliance with regulations, rules, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) V. Record operational incidents, equipment failures, or process deviations VI. Train personnel and monitor their performance VII. Supervise order, cleanliness, and discipline in the work area VIII. Monitor personnel incidents (attendance, tardiness, leave requests) IX. Generate pre-payroll XI. Foster a positive work environment and teamwork XII. Support continuous improvement of production processes XIII. Prepare production and results reports for immediate supervisor XIV.
