Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer / Production Systems Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, standardize operations, and ensure quality at a triple-digit growth packaging company. REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial Engineering, Production Systems Engineering, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience * 28 years of age or older * Live within 40 minutes of the work location * Preferably managed a team of over 150 employees RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and balance production lines (layout, process flow, workstations) * Time and motion studies * Monitor key indicators: productivity, scrap, downtime, OEE, cycle time * Supervise line startups and first-piece releases * Standardize processes * Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Development, and Engineering departments * Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions * Optimize use of materials, labor, and machinery * Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards (ISO 9000, FSSC 22000\) * Manage cleanroom operations * Reporting responsibilities * Production inventory management and control **KNOWLEDGE** * ERP systems (ASPEL PROD, ODOO) * Advanced Excel proficiency * Process and layout development * Time and motion studies * Calculation of rates, capacities, and resources * Process documentation (SOPs, flowcharts) * Basic regulatory requirements (BPM, safety, quality, food safety) WE OFFER * Monthly salary of $23,000.00 MXN * $1,070 MXN monthly food vouchers * Statutory benefits Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $23,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Education: * Completed high school (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
