We ensure our values guide our actions and that ideas come from every voice, every perspective, every Clipper. **About the Role** The Product Manager role for Core is the primary focal point for understanding, prioritizing, organizing, and communicating initiatives related to core banking, money movement, and Banxico / CNBV requirements for audits, SPEI transactions, and compliance implementations. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of designing and coordinating with the engineering team iterations on money movement, always striving to build scalable and compliant systems that meet customer needs—maintaining an end-to-end vision while focusing on the backend to execute real money transfers, both in closed-loop and open-loop environments. This is an on-site position based in Mexico City. **Requirements** * 5+ years of experience in Product Management at a technology company. * Direct experience in fintechs / movement core—we value initiative, problem-solving ability, and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Experience working with international and distributed teams across multiple time zones. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience. **Responsibilities** * Understand objectives and draft Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to address them—understand and deeply explore stakeholder needs, primarily business, finance, compliance, and legal teams, to achieve product goals. * Manage the product backlog, help define feature priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and launch new products and enhancements. * Prioritize and incorporate dependency requests—as the PM for the core system, many projects from different areas—and even companies within the group—depend on the movement core for their own projects to function; understanding these dependencies and co-designing them creates a clear path to support the businesses. * Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including engineering teams across multiple global offices, marketing, and operations. * Understand end-to-end money movement for audit purposes—the PM for movement core must deeply understand cash flows and connections between components to clearly respond to regulator requirements.
