Collaborate on quality documentation and standards **Company Description** Company Description\*Bosch was founded in Stuttgart in 1886 by Robert Bosch (1861\-1942\), and for over 130 years has distinguished itself with a unique corporate culture rooted in strong values that drive us to improve every day. **Job Description*** Conduct Level 1 audits of production line processes and record findings in the platform; perform process audits where applicable; ensure compliance with product audit requirements per standard. * Ensure validity of measuring and/or calibration equipment * Release finished products and generate production reports in the system * Report deviations and track quality failures according to the standard established by the department * Randomly audit required documentation at the workplace: process sheets, visual aids, record sheets, and control plans * Follow up on quality incidents with personnel (critical characteristics, handling of non-conforming material, quality elements, etc.) * Ensure machine release per established standard * Perform quality documentation (visual aids, quality alerts, etc.) * Ensure information readiness for audits. **Requirements** Education: Technical degree or engineering discipline related to the position Knowledge: multi-level audits, quality tools, problem solving, failure analysis and problem resolution, SAP (desirable), 5S Skills: Leadership, Teamwork, Results Orientation, Proactivity Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing companies (automotive industry experience preferred) **Additional Information** Availability for shift work Reside near the worksite
