Responsibilities * Process analysis, mapping, and documentation. * Identification of improvement opportunities and proposal of solutions. * Development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). * Updating of manuals and procedures. * Coordination with various departments for implementation of improvements. * Generation of executive reports. Requirements * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in process analysis or improvement. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, databases, reporting). * Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset. * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
