




Job Summary: Coordinate and implement port protection procedures, evaluate the application of security measures, and verify contingency plans to ensure security within the port facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of port protection and maritime security. 2. Implementation of security and management procedures. 3. Participation in budget planning and control. **Required Degrees:** * Naval Captain. * Naval Pilot. * Naval Engineering. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the implementation of port protection procedures in accordance with the **ISPS Code**, by developing and updating the Port Facility Security Plan, aiming to prevent risks and ensure security within the port facility. * Evaluate the application of the **PFSP** to ensure the effectiveness of security measures and compliance with the **ISPS Code**. * Verify contingency plans and preventive or corrective actions to address incidents and protect personnel and port facilities. * Coordinate port protection and security drills to prepare the port community for emergencies. * Coordinate the implementation and updating of the occupational health and safety management system to ensure staff integrity. * Maintain up-to-date manuals and procedures for the area to comply with the integrated management system and promote continuous improvement. * Participate in budget planning and control for resources, equipment, and protection and security services. * Address external audits of the **ISPS Code** and the **PFSP**, presenting results and implementing recommendations to maintain the Statement of Compliance.
